Query regarding investor flat.
I am planning to buy a property in Pune. Builder said that the flat is an investor one and he is ready to sell it. When enquired how builder is selling it they replied that the agreement of sale and documents will be between me (buyer) and builder only.
Please help me what precautions should I take and what all papers should I demand.
Will at any given point of time it be the cases where investor can create any legal issue for me?

Be sure about the title of the property which ur propose to buy. Get the documents scrutinized by a local advocate.
