Hi All,
the lawyer in the lower court refuse to call the doctor who provide the reprt to the girl and which has been misused to lodge the FIR aganinst us. Now I have a few questions
1. Should be appeal in session to call the doctor. Will this help when this appeal is already been rejected at the lower court?
2. should be apply for the reviosn rather than appeal this?
3. Should be directly apply in the high court rather than wasting our time in session court. ?
