Haan, aap apna istridhan wapas le sakti hain. Aap ko court me 406 IPC ki dhara ka case karna padega pati, saas , sasur etc par. Aur adhik jaankari ke liya aur sahayata ke liye aap sampark kar sakti hain phone par ya meray email se.

 for effective 406 on somebody:
1) You should have proof of purchase.........that u have VAT paid bills
2) You should have proof that u gave this item to opp party out of faith with a clear understanding that opp party will return it to u when asked..............mean to say evidence i) in whose presence ii) where iii) When it was entrusted to other
3) You should have proof that opp party has misappropriated that item n refused to give back when u demanded back i) where ii) When iii) in whose presence.

Related with above said  Streedhan query : my query is : --- if girl side has no evidence that any items are given means no video.audio,photograph or any documents then is there any chances after filling of 406.

In this case, is there any cahnces that girl will get her streedhan back.

Pls reply with sufficient support.

to prove 406 legal evisence is required like vaild VAT paid bills.

if she is unable to prove then u will acquitted from 406.

I think bills to fraud bhi ban sakte hai.

But i know girl have not any proof (documents or image or witness) that - they have given anything.

then what ?

only VAT paid bills are considered as valid bills in eyes of law.

they must be having proper TIN no.

one must read the basic ingredients of 406 defined by court.

DV act main ya 406IPC main case court main file karo. Per dhayaan rahay list of your article with proof jaroor submit karo. Gavah/witness bhe ready rakho jo gavhi dain ke apney ye saaman diya tha.

But documentry proof is must.

Istridhan Mai kiya-2 aata hai. Agar marai Husband ke pass mera samaan nahi milta hai tou kiya mai unki family ko jail bhej sakti hu? Mera LCD TV,Fridge,Almirah,Sofa,Double Bed,Gold,Silver,clothes,AC,Car etc merai Husband ki family ke pass rakha hai?

Girl cannot have bills of the gold given by her husband and his relatives.
