We have one house in Anantapur District, which is in the name of my Grand Father. My Grand Father & Grand Mother are no more and they have two children one is my Father and other one is my Aunty. Both my father and aunty are ready to transfer property in my name and my brothers name.
In this regard I need help of how to make transfer deed as per Muslim of Law of India and details of how to register the transfer deed.
