Fire approach to our building

Sir,

We have been given construction permission by the Muncipal authority with a specific request for a set off for the approach of fire tenders to our ten storeyed building. we have left the set off as required. But the road has been encroached upon thus preventing the approach of fire tenders to our bulding in the unfortunate event of a fire.

We want to file a criminal case of ommision and negligence to the muncipality by making us live in fear for our lives. Please let us have ur opinion

Dear Sir,

We are well educated. All the avenues of respectable pleas to various depts is already done. We want to know whether any criminal negligence or denial of human rights ( living in fear) can be explored.
