Possession contract

Dear friend

There is no contract as such. The builder normally issues occupation slip or note at the time of possession. Few builder’s execute final contract at the time of possession and the same is noted in the agreement.

but i need the format of the slip that is issued by the builder to the clients. As well as i would also like to know whether it can be registered and notarized or not.
