My brother was working in ONGC Ankleshwer, He was divorcee so that he has nominate me (Brother) to received all benefits in future.. He has contributed in EPS 1995 from Year 2000 to 2011. I have received CPF, Gratuity & other benefit due to his death in year 2011. I have filled form for EPS 1995 but ONGC P&A (HR) Officer told me that you are not entiled for pension...
Kindly clarify that am I entiteld for pension or not..
