I have a few questions.
If RCR is filed, court agrees and ask husband to stay by wife and Husband refuses to stay what are repurcussions?
Can a wife force herself onto a Husband's parents or his house..like barge in and stay? What can be done?
I am in US currently filing for divorce. Hypothetical as it may seem, if she visits on visitor visa can she barge into my house? Can I get protective orders to prevent her from doing so?
But if she does not give divorce i am trying to understand if by any circumstance i can be forced to stay with her? contempt of court?? No kids here(thank God)
