Recovery from bank

Dear Colleagues,

I want to know the details of legal procedure by which the banks can recover their dues...when the matter has to be file with DRT/ when the matter has to be filed under SARFEASI Act/ when the suit of recovery has to be filed....plz suggest the procedure in details....or any link frm where i can get the details...
