Sir,
I am working with a PSU and working on Supervidory grade and now I cleared a written for Executive level in other PSU but ny present organisation is not providing NOC as i am not alloe to take NOC during Bond period./
Is this want of NOC or denying for NOC is a voilation to Constitutional Right " Right of Freedom" to job.
Please help me how can I appear for the interview.
