is colourable  legislation a boon to our indian constitution??  what do you think the issues are?

first understand what is colourable legislation. it is the law made by someone who has no authority to make that law. such law can easily be quashed if challenged in supreme court.  yes it is a boon to indian constitution since unconstitutional law can be quashed by this doctrin.
