My father and myself has an agri land to a extent of 5 acres,in that 50 cents was in the name of my father given by me thro' settlement deed.My father availed a housing loan with a nationalised bank ,being him as a borrower and myselves as a co-borrower that has been turned as NPA.Total extent of 5 acres is agricultural land.I want to know that whether total 50 cents will come under sarfaesi act or the built up area of the home will come under this act.
