I need a consumer court lawyer for this case. I live in north delhi (near Tis Hazari court). I had to pay Rs 26000 to Phoenix ARC to have to them close my account (not settle). Now I want to this money back from Barclays along with compensation for mental harrassment and inconvenience caused by this. It has been over 3-4 years since I had the dispute however I learned about my CIBIL report only 3-4 months back.
