I would like to know for my knowledge.
Few years back there was an attempted rape (Girl 15yrs).Girl now 24 got married & got suicide leaving note accussing (different persons) a list of crimes like attempted rape, dowry , torture etc.. (No other evidence available)
1 Q will attempted rape will be proved.
2 Q can police raise FIR and arrest such person. procedures to be followed then
3 Q Does limitation act applies to Attempted rape.
