I am a meritorious student and college topper. I have made it to the merit list of Staff selection commission. My problem is that a case against me was filed for an accident that occured and i was fined 2000 rs under sec 338 on feb 29 2012. I filled the declaration of this job stating i have no charge sheet pending on me before this date as i knew it would be closed by the time the result will be declared (viz this month recently). So will I be rejected stating suppression of facts and if so suggest any legal remedies PLZZZZZZZZZ
