in the matter Deecre holder calculate amount wrongly from the date of revision order and the executing court ordered that the DH calulate execution amount wrongly and the JD have to pay execution amount from the date of order in125 cr.p.c. matter and alter the execution amount at last of stage ?
please give me appropriate guideline.

there is one option you have you can file for the application of amendment in the court and can file an amended plaint.

you can file fresh memo of calculation. If you are right then court will direct to pay the balance amount.
