Dear All,
My bitter half filled a 498a case on me & 9 of my family numbers. but police filled charge sheet against only 3 numbers.
But yesterday she put a petition at magistrate saying that “She is not satisfied with charge sheet, Police worked with favors with accused by taking bribe & she requested magistrate to re-investigate same”.
Later magistrate adjourned her application to next Monday.
Now my question is what will be going to happened on Monday?
We will file counter against her application (By us (or) Police)?
