Inqury in to mine accident

If , An inquiry in to fatal accident is going on under Mines Act1952 by Inspector of Mines having powers of Civil court. How a Police Officer can lodge a case FIR and take action?

Pl respod and provide suitable orders stoppig police intervention.

Thank You all for your kind suggestion, I have conveyed your suggestions to his family. Lets hope for the best and I asure the people of this country that this will end soon before I die. I will no spare any police officers who are doing things wrong,. Will fight with them under my constitutional right no matter how long I live.
