Rights of Hindu girl in case of:
A hindu girl and a muslim boy have got marreied and the marriage is registered under Special Marriages Act at New Delhi
Now to please the boy's family; the boy wants to conduct Nikah as per muslim customs
After Nikah has been performed, in case of any dispute arising in future , which marriage will be considered valid- marriage performed under Special Marriage Act OR Nikah.
Kindly advise as the advise is being seeked from girl's side.

if nikah married will valid and also you can register their marriage at register office safer side.

Whether girl is converted to muslim? It is necessary to look into. If she is not converted, then marriage under the special marriage act will be valid.
