STANDING ORDERS ISSUED BY GOVT OF AP
Instructions issued under Case Registered for 498-A or DVA certain standing orders issued from Govt of AP - Commisioner of Police-Hyd - AP
(But Please note the orders mentioned in G.O needs to be authentication by senior experts from our LCI) iam not sure weather it is genuine or not i got this info while surfing in the web !!
If it is genuine one it can help to the people of AP those who are facing the false 498 or DV !!

It is true letter. But the decision rests upon Investigating Officer.

Great. Similar standing orders are required in all the states. Could anybody kindly guide me if any such standing orders have been issued in Maharashtra where a close relative of mine is stuck with such abuse of the process of law.

thank s for such good order is there any similar order passed in Uttar pradesh where my friend is suffering due to this draconian 498 act. please tell asap.
