The Supreme Court Friday banned the use of black films or any other material on the front and rear screens and windows of all vehicles throughout the country. The ban would be enforceable from May 4 and Delhi police have been start to stop, check and challan of that type of the vehicles from today.As per My knowledge it is the first SC Guidelines or direction which is implement and shows to implement within time without any delay.
