in her affidavit in mc she says that iam a house wife and liv mercy of my father.and other side she says in counter of divorce 'i am proud to say that i am well educated and stand my own legs my husband is a spineless person i apropch to him to do the job in my firm,i am not earning 20000/-per month,i am earning only5000/-.
the both affidavit was file same date and same court ,
i suffer 498 last four years, in 2011 however the decision of 498 is in my favour in mc she made same alligation as 498,
i want to know
1. decision of 498 is help me both cases.
2. the statement of my wife is a under praugery
