General power of attorney query

My father had bought an apartment 25 years ago in Pune. At the time of buying he had given general power of attorney to a relative to effect the purchase as he was out of station. Therfore the relatives name also appears on several documents like agreement , title deed etc along with my fathers.

We are now planning to sell the said flat to a person in our own building. All other documents are in our possession and in order.

I would like to know if the power of attorney given 25 years ago is still valid now.

We did not specify any time period but the last line in the document (GPA) reads as follows

"I furthur confirm that this power of attorney will not be revoked until entire deed of flat is not completed with builder  (BUILDERS NAME).

Dosent this mean that power of attorney is in effect only so long as the title deed of the flat is with the builder?

Now that we possess the title, isnt PoA revoked ?

Any replies will be highly appreciated.
