After logging to LCI forum, I do see the chat and telephone call icons (orange colour) flasshing, but somehow not able to initate the call or chat.
I want to talk instantly to experts and forum member logged (thoe currently online and not offline thru PMs)
How to trouble shoot?
Help please.
