hi, i got married to neetu singh on 30/11/2011 in arya samaj mandir new delhi. we have marriage certificate from arya samaj mandir but could not registered the marriage in court. my wife went her home town jamshedpur on 18/12/2011 but now her parents are not allowing her to come back.they have taken her phone and she is not in touch with me. is our marriage legally valid. can she get married again without divorcing me. plz advise. kindly suggest what leagal option i have.
