Dv respodent appearence

Presuming DV is filed making family Member including OLD age mother as respodent by wife.

 

Question 1:

Is it complusary personal appearence of family member is needed in court as long as case runs?

 

Quesiton 2:

How many times other members of family needed to be present in court?

 

Please give specific answer.

No, Its not compulsory 4 the respondents 2 remain present in every hearing of DV case unless specified by the court 2 do so. Many HC judgments r there to support ur stand 4 this.

However, fight the case properly with the help of councel. DV is a very dangerous weapon & adverse orders are issued PRIMA-FACIE & EX-PARTE TOO.
