Whta is the procedure for giving power of attoney. What are the impact of this. Any possibility that my friend can face some loss. The marriage was not consume. This is now 4 month. Just after marriage registration she denied to join with him in Bangalore and starts continue to staying with her parents in her hoemetown. He repeatedly asked her, sent mail, sent sms to join with him and start family. And she replied that she is not in such condition that she can do intercourse. He asked what is the reason. But keep quite. She harrased him mentally and recorded call. My friend is a Engineer. But after going through mental tourture he behave roughly with her and she have recorded all call. Yes there have a possibility that she can file false case on him. And the the marriage was also register with false information under 1955 and no hindu marriage was there before registration. He told there was pressure from her as she threatned him for marry. He sent many sms to her before registration.And she have recorded call from very early as it was a plan for her. Now he share all this thing to friend and family. To come out from this mental situation he went to abroad for his project work. We (friend and family) want to help him. Hope after going through this , we are finding some mental change in him. We do not want to waste time. We want our friend should return back to his normal funny, jolly mode, smiling face. Kindly suggest, we dont want to lose our friend. We came to know he was going through mental stress and he tried for suicide also. We came to know her parents and relatives are busy now for finding information about his insurance policy and property. They have thretened him to listem to them what they are saying.
