Hi I am new this forum and wish to know whether the offences for which imprisionment is provided under MVA-1988 are cognizable or Non Cognizable or bailable or not.
Also, whether this has been mentioned anywhere in the act or not. And, if mentioned, pl. provide references.

your query is not clear ask specifically, as per section, the offence is bailable or non-bailable its depend on section of the case

Specifically, I want to know if offence u/s 43 under MVA is a cognizable/NC and also whether bailable or not.
I could not find it in the MVA act anywhere. Pl. provide reference in MVA also sir.
