I want to pursue llb full time

i want to pursue LLB. I am facing false IPC 354. I am from mumbai and i know one can pursue LLB from mumbai university [ Kalina univeristy , kurla]. I want to do LLB so that i can fight all type of case in the court, fight for the system, atleast i can try a bit.

Please guide me. I am working as s/w engineer.

I want to know person facing criminal trial can do LLB or not.

you can do LLb. However, at the time of enrolment, you shall have to disclose about this.

you have right to education of your choice, so you can do LL.B, there is no effect of your false case as you inform.

Even I am doing LLB full time, with 498a/ 406/ 506 pending on me.

The only bar is if there was a conviction.

I want to do it too.....can you help me find a good college where i can register for LLB, i am an MCA working in software firm. Can i do it as well??PLease help..

HI All,

Even i m also doing my 2nd year LLB and 498a, 506 pending on me. Any one who is graduate can do LLB.

LLB available only full time and u have to attaind collage for that. there is no corrospondence course in mumbai univercity. Admission opens after Mar.
