Settlement deed cancellation

Dear Advisors,

 

Can a settlement deed be cancelled if the property that was settled is under a mortgage loan?

Hi, Can u please explainwhat do you meant by consent? In this case who will repay the loan amount.

Owner has to pay the mortgage amount.

and settlement deed be deemed as null.
