Sec.9 of arbitration act

Is any recent decisions of Supreme court / High court on Section 9 of Arbitration act that the court can attach the property of defaulter in paying the Vehicle Loan Amount. please provide the judgement

Is the court give the order of attachment of property in his name i.e., defaulter under Sec.9 of Arbitrtion act ?
