Claim residence in inlaws house by daughter in law

when father in law gives notice to vacate the flat ancheserally own by him and case is pending with family court for residence order, can the notice is proper and mentenable, as aggrieved party is staying in the shared hourse since marriage for last 14 years and due to dispute between spouse ,the spouse is troubing by serving notice on himself and wife. The house is built from achesteral property by the father in law and his son and daughter in law along with 2 children staying there. Will it afftect residence order. IN my view it willnot affect taking out residence order from the court.
