Place of posting for physically handicapped

I have been selected in "Andhra Bank" as a Chartered Accountant, i am a physically handicapped person, i want to know whether a physically handicapped person is posted in his native place as per the notification issued by the government of india? does the bank consider the disability before posting?

Please help.
