The person against whom I wish to file a lawsuit had defamed me earlier, but I delayed filing a defamationa case and now it is time limited! But I know of the false affidavit he had given in court. And I wish to proceed against him on this issue. How do I I file a case in this respect against him without taking the services of a lawyer? Please give the details of the steps involved in the procedure. Also is there a time bar in this as well? the false affidavit was filed 2 yrs ago. Please answer anyone.
