Sir,My wife filed 498A in2004 which as disposed in 2008&recently in HC also.
Igot divorce in2010 in FC&paying Rs4000/- as monthly maintnance to her &my daughter.
she appeled Divorce in HC.
She recently fied Domstic Violence against me&my parents.
I want to go for squash in HC.Our Adv. saying totally squash would not be possible,squash on Parents would be possible.
Asthe act is in force from 2005,we r seprate from 2004.Plz clarify whethr it is possible or not

Diffirent HC has decided this question diffirently. SC is seized with the matter and hence as of now, it would depend upon which HC you are talking about it.
