Can you please suggest Case Citation(s)?

Which latest order/s of the Supreme Court deny criminal revision u/s 397 CRPC (by Session court / High Court) of Summoning Order issued earlier u/s 204 CRPC, in crimes covered under IPC i.e. in the absence of mandatory enquiries by ‘Trial Court’ beyond sec. 204 CRPC?
