Dear Sir, I have taken Rs.160000/- as education loan on Aug,2004. I have repayed around Rs. 70000/- I have applied for Immigration to Australia and got the file number, waiting for the medical check up to come. I expect I can go to Australia by September 2011. Bank people threatens me of taking legal action and that may prevent my immigration to Australia. Is it true..?They are telling that they may file case both civil and criminal, Also SARFEASI act 2002.
