signing on white paper

what happens if we sign on a white paper without revenue stamp.Is it valid if the content is written on it regarding the amount borrowed,and up to what period and amount? Please respond.

as per law no valid in signed paper in white papaer

incase full the some amount then up to 3years valid

but he can do any thing got your signature 

 

in case some thing write that paper to any vip for coercision or threatning, carefull

It depends on what is filled inside. usually, for making it an instrument, it has to be registered or notarised both of which are not possible without your presence. for converting it into an instrument like an MOU or IOU, the signature has to be across a revenue stamp. anyways, its always better to write a letter to the person who has that paper saying that he has got that paper which he has to either destroy or return back. it will ensure your safety. but send that letter by registered post or hand deliver it and get an acknowledgement. if you are worried, then you can even register a non cognisable complaint with the nearest police station which will keep you protected under any circimstances.
