Dear,
I want to know whether any kind of registration is required if a person publishes a small booklet of around 10-15 pages without any news item .It only contains commercial advertisements and some puzzle/games.
Whether registration under RNI act is required.
If it is issued free of cost/ or on chrgeable basis.

but some body told me that if person take money for publishing advertisemnet then it needs to be registered.
Can u site me legal para to confirm.
Or why not it si required so tht i can use it for legal defence.
