if you are going for the partnership deed it has to be registered, if the deed is not registered a partner cannot have no right to suit to enforce aright arising from a contract or conferred shall be instituted in the court.

The format for partnership deed will be avilable in Prtnership Act. Make suitable changes necessary for the forum. Get it registered by sending it alongwith details stipulated.

For avoid future dispute you have to registered Parthership Firm. Apart form bais point following point you must be clearly mentione viz . :-
1. Profit sharing ration
2.Dissoultion of Partnership
3.Branches of Partnership
4.Accounts / Books of Partnership
5.Admission of new Partner in Patnership Firm
6.Capital of Parnership Firm
