Hi,
I am in a great trouble and need your kind help and guide. I was working in Patni computers and left it on 1st of April, 2011. I served the notice period which is as per company rule.
But even after a month, the payroll team and offboard teams are not providng clearance and that's why I have not received my relieving letters.
Can anybody tell me how do I proceed legal way against this organization?
