After getting regular bail in false 498a

Hi,

After getting regular bail for my brother (A1 in false 498a) what should be our approach.

Got AB for 4 of my family and 2 regular bails (my brother and father).

Filing case in women cell with my mother would help us?

We have confidence that we can succeed in court since she never stayed in inida with us as she went to canada after marriage with my brother.  They have disputes there and came back to india and filed 498a. Since she is having Canada citizenship wants to go back after getting money from us by threats.

Regards,

Ravi

very simple friend

counter blast cases are not fruitful so try not to think about it

most of the 498 A cases are false and they end in accqutal

but if all the averments made by ur brother's wife are false

file a quash in the high court prove that she never stayed in india

Look What comes in the police investigatin . Either they filed chargesheet or gives

F.R . If police files chargesheet, court will summon you to prove yourself innocent ..

Hi Just a small concern - during the process of application for normal bail, what if we do not appear in the court on the dates provided due to non availability of Surety ? will that be serious ? or how do we deal to escape on that day ?
