One of our employee who is in Goa and is with us since Aug08 has been transfered to our US Office and will be based there from Apr11. He will be based there permanently.
Now we have a query:
1. Is he eligible to get gratuity amount for the completed tenure as on date?
Your advise could do a lot of good. Pls help out.
