a muslim woman secondly married and stayed almost 40 yrs with 2nd husband she has no issues, and the second husband was expired and his sons from first wife are trying to grab his property in such case what is the remedy for second wife to have share in the property of 2nd husband, can she get share in the property of 2nd husband, what muslim succession act say pls

If she got married after her first legal divorce acording to muslim law talak,she can get share in her 2nd husband property because if one muslim mas has more than one wife,His all wives get one share jointly in his property.There is another legal implication that is her husband first wife is live or not and other thing is husband's first wife has given her conformation abput his 2nd marrige or not and husband's second wife knew about that or not.Anyway for your quiery she has a right to get portion of her husband's property.
