how to enter when nosuit pending

the hypoticated  vehicle is attached in a suit and suit decreed exparty.now no suit no exicution .how can i lift the attachment?

File an application to set aside the exparte decree and along with an application to raise the order of attachment

O 9  13 application to set aside ex parte order. Decree-holder has to file an Execution petition. You can certainly object at that stage using Section 47 of CPC. Do obtain a stay against the execution in O 9 R 13.
