Limitation period to file cases in cinsumer court is normally two years from the day when the cause of action has arisen. Also the court would take liniant veiw on limitation period if it is shown to the court that the complainant was pursuing other remedy.

My clear concept is whether Company is liable for any compensation after expiry of its product's guarantee period and costumer can file suit after lapse of guarantee period if he has complaint of deficiency much after expiry of guarntee period?
