AIR INDIA SERVICES & PASSENGERS

Dear Colleagues,

As you are aware Air India, Air lines and other flights suddenly cancel their schedule especially the gulf sector flights. We are planning to file a writ petition in this matter before the concerned High Courts. We would really be appreciated if you could provide your views and suggestions and contributions to enable us to incorporate all points together.

Some times when they cancel or delay the flights after issuing the boarding pass. Few days back they issued boarding pass and passengers entered in to the flight and after one hour they told there is some technical problems. They removed the passengers from the flight at 12.00 midnight and keep them in the airport till next day at 10.00 a.m without any food or accommodation. Thereafter they arrange bus from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah to arrange another flight by evening. Till this time passengers including ladies and infants are without food or water.

Actually Air lines company should provide accommodation and food if the flight delayed more than four hours.

However hope my colleagues will help in this matter with all moral support and thoughts.
