Creating of Sole Proprietorship or Partnership Firm

Dear all.

Will creation of Sole Proprietorship or Partnership Firm be able to provide granting of 5 or 10 years business visa for US citizen? Has anyone dealt with person from US who received 5 or 10 years business visa with one  type of those business setups ?
