Dear friends,
Please tell me whether courts has the power to issue garnish order for attachment of the insurance company"s account with a bank for execution of the decree passed by the MACT against the owner of the vehicle and insurer jointly and severally -for realisation of the awarded amount.

The Court can pass the order for attachment of awarded amount and the whole account.
