my mother has 4 brothers, and my grand mother alive, what is my mothers rights on he fathers property.

how it should be divided

All the six persons will get equal shares.

Mr."do not matters does not matter" my family members have already got their due shares.Your advice is not at all needed. I can very well explain the shares of ur family-members too.Do u need my help? Have u ever gone through the Hindu Succession Act?Read section 10 and then post your reply.
